Should I switch to the normal Cetaphil face cleanser?

I currently use the Gentle Face Wash that's made by Cetaphil, and it works averagely well I guess. I still get pimples, and when I do get pimples it takes awhile for the wash to make them recede. It also doesn't wash my nose very well. Should I switch to the normal face wash? Or stick with the gentle one?
