What does it mean on Fandango when you are going to get a ticket and a certain time is grey and crossed out?

I want to buy tickets to see a movie on its midnight premiere and it's 12:01 am showing is grey with a line crossed through it but there is another choice next to it that says 12:15 am. Does that mean that all of the tickets for 12:01 am were sold out or that the time of the move showing changed?
